12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Provided that Bigpoint offers its services free of charge, Bigpoint shall only be liable for intentionally caused damage or damaged caused by gross negligence. 12.5 The above exclusion and limitation of liability also applies to the liability of Bigpoint staff members, employees, deputies and vicarious agents, especially pertaining to personal liability of shareholders, staff members, deputies, company bodies and their members.

12.6 Bigpoint is liable for consultation, only as far as the questions concerned deal with the content of the offer.

12.7 Bigpoint expressly distances itself from the contents of any and all third party pages, to which direct or indirect reference (also known as links) is made from within Bigpoint's offer. Bigpoint is in no way whatsoever liable for such content or pages. The providers of the respective sites are responsible for their content.

I think they only give you back, what is unused

e.g: If you bought 1 mil Uri @MHH and you spend 500k on Gates or whatever and have 500k left, you will get 50€ back, not 100
