[VPS] Kbot Error?

On my vps I got the error Checking User info - Error... But I can login manually and on pc it does works... Any reasons?

Still not working... Kbot is up but I still got the problem

EDIT: Someone said me it is a bug? But I can login on my own pc without problems :s

Still not working, I tried the right cc info, bad cc info, reinstalled, and runned as administrator... Any help?
