We can make a one time exception in this case and have the information manually changed. However, you will need to provide us with all of the following information:
1)IP address
2)Copy of Government issued photo identification
3)User ID / server for the account
4)The very first username for the account
5)The last 2 passwords for the account
6)Proof of payment transactions Can be transaction numbers, payment receipts, mobile number in the case of purchases via text message)
The new email address that you would like on your account.

List of 10 Names in order of preference

The only way we will be able to process your request is if you fax your complete information.
All information is required to establish ownership for the account. After we manually change the information, we recommend also changing your password again for security reasons.
