UW- EMP use faster

Hi, is any bug on UW to use EMP and Insta shield faster? Because today I was on PVP and some players used EMPs and Insta shields faster than normal.

Ahoj, je nejaký bug na UW, ktorý umožňuje použiť EMP a insta štíty rýchlejšie ako je normálne? Pretože dnes som stretol na PVP pár hráčov, ktorí použili za sebou EMP a Insta rýchlejšie ako je normálne. Ďakujem

PS: I have CPU to faster use Insta and Smart bomb in both konfi...

well it says that reduses cooldown for all items which are made of mines

I thought that it reloaded as fast as emp i used them both with the cpu and both reloaded with same speed i think...

cooldown works for all the explosions at same time... covers mines/bombs and shield but not emps... Darkorbit not UW i dont know about UW

no cause if you try speedhack in Do it will show you that you very quickly are, but it isn't like that
