[Tool]Ibot and OpenStealth VersionCheck

Hello Epvpers

So many people create a new thread about a new Ibot version
because of that i wrote a programm that check all 30 seconds
the current ibot and openstealth version



It's usefull if ibot or openstealth are offline and you wait for the new version

Please feedback
