help with wp please

okay for some reason i can't get wp to work. i've disable dep & uac & i'm running it as administrator yet nothing is showing up on "proxy pc"??

here is a pic

help would be appreciated as i've gone through around 4-5 tutorials & nothing has helped.

wp scripts not working from last BP update...

For now WP scripts dont work.

When the scripts come alive again, you can flow my post, there you can see how to disable DEP and UAC, where to download the scripts and how to turn the scripts on!
