PBDO problem

I can't open PBDO-bot because it says that my Net Framework 4.0 is out of date. However, in the same time I'm running a UW bot which also requires Framework 4.0, and I have no problems with that. Any idea how I can get the bot running?

pb is offline at the moment due an update. if u have bought licence u cand download frameworks for pb on home page of pb. bur as i said its offline

Yes ok it's offline but it should be saying that it's offline not that I have a wrong framework.
