Authorization failed! Into DO chat

i get this error in DO chat 'System:Authorization failed!'
How can i fix that? i updated flashplayer and everything, i have reinstalled my pc.
but nothing works.
I got the same error on 2 computers.
support can only say that i need to uodate flashplayer and i need to clear my cache,, i have done that and more, but it don't work.
i hope someone of epvp can help me, because BP support s*cks

well try to clean up your PC... and try to restart pc aswell... it happens when your connection is weak or Do has som problem... but anyway DO support should have 100s of topics about this u may use google for this spam aswell

clean your pc with ccleaner,clean the cache,or try another browser.

Yes, i have done all off that, i used all browsers i know.
i used CCleaner now 5 or 6 times,
i restarted my pc 10 times or something.
I deleted the cache by my own,
i have reinstalled windows and everything.
but isn't it weird that its on 2 pc's the same time?
i think its something else maybe

Few days ago one admin who was talking in the chat ban me, and then Authorization failed all time and with all accounts , When i change my IP and i reboot my router , all becomes normal.

IT CAN BE AN IP BAN
