and for me not work unmaspected error occuren when running the game

on my pc 2.6 ghz intel core 512 mb ram 128 ati video not work and work on pc 64 mb n vidia 1 gb ram and 1.53 ghz what i need to do that pc dont have net framework 4 microsoft c++ 2010 and dx 9 why work on it on me no?????????? i have win xp sp3 and that pc win 7 what i need to do??

please help

-There is already a clean save added in the game.(gamedir/SVG/save.do2)
-That's nearly impossible since I don't even have any idea on how to add new items.
-Impossible, it's hardcoded to only have designs for Goliath, and changing this would require me to completely rewrite the game.
-Modifying the hangar takes too much time for too little change.
-More items are really hard and I don't know how to do it.

Ok after more then 100 GG's i finnaly got 35 lf4 !
With all those gates it got me to Basic General, more of 3Million of X4
And more then 600,000 RSB-75!

why i can't run the game ? When im lounching it a picture apears and then error pops up "Unexpected error ocured when running the game" can someone help me to solve this problem ?
