How would you get banned for 1 month for asking that? Think straight.
They cant just ban you for asking a question, it is not against the terms & conditions to ask a question of payments.

if you bought ACP services, dont ask nothing.. if you do only BOT, is ok to ask

login with proxy from which country you want to change, couple of days.
then send message to support, that you moved to that country and you kindly ask to change your payment country

all done

dont say somebody else will pay on your account, or play on your account.. that leads to 1 month ban
