I have same problem, just close bot and open it again, and start bot.

@I have one problem with my KBot CC, I can not log in my CC. Mail and password is OK, but still can not log in. Any help would be good.

I will help you. Please restart computer or laptop and run KBot, open KBot CC and Click User/PIN and click OK. Now click Refresh. You try run KBot

You must make sure that you enter the correct data. Delete from KBot CC data from User/PIN and enter again. Refresh
Or change password Gmail Account :P

Already done, but nothing, still wrong username/password.

1. Press Logo Windows + R
2. Enter %systemdrive% --> Users --> Your_Account_Directory --> and you see directory: ".IBot". Delete this.
3. Now enter: %systemdrive% Program Files or Program Files(x86). Find KBot directory. Delete "KBot" directory.
4. Re-download KBot from official site, link:
5. Install it.
6. Change password Gmail Account.
7. Now run KBot, open KBot CC and enter new data Gmail Account

go to kbot CC, USER/PASS, put there your details, press OK and refresh... KBot CC 7.28 restarted, for this reason you have to do this.
