PBDO erorr

Hi i have this problem with PBDO when i logg on map i have this error and bot logout

compiler error :
Line 0,0 : Could not write to outpout file
'c:\users\Profil\AppData\Local\Temp\Jilhihssa.dll' -- 'Odmowa Dostępu.'
