yes it can repair pet.. they are working on palladium feature..

And collect palladium works, but it's not recommend, because it's not 100% supported. But I heard, that the developers are working on the pirate maps!

here are the clear commands you have to use:

UsePet = true;
RepairPet = true;
PetMode = Enums.PetMode.Auto_Looter;
oder
Guard_Mode;
Kamikaze_Detonator
usw...

Officially PBDO cant collect palla but when you fly manually on 5-2 to the palla field you can start the bot and he will collect the palladium

There is task script that keeps you in the palladium area, so you can collect palladium if you start bot in palladium area.
