No reason to post a video of the problem, better to spend a few seconds typing it but your type very slow
Frankly, i dont see the probelm here, your OS is working, you have some lag (bad internet connection)
as you can see you have 2 bars in wireless...
No need for this thread...Get better internet

Yes, you can, sure, but when u change proxy, OS will never work...I really don´t understand where you see the problem.
