This is my latest project. I've coded an application that is able to compress files into ENC files that Cabal clients use and vice versa. :D
This application is coded in MASM.
You can choose the XOR bytes used to XOR the first DWORD of the packed data. The input must be in hex characters in 2 character notation (5A, 2E, 98, CE, 5D ... ).

Hey, some of you guys might recognize me, cause - yes - I have been offering a service like this before.
It went very good and a lot of people enjoyed it. Not only that, but I have also been selling several HoN accounts for my friends, who have quitten HoN.
It wasn't long ago, that I decided to stop the whole boosting service, but I have changed my mind, and I am back in business and ready to help people out again! I'm most of all doing this, cause I love playing the game, helping people...

I just got on this forum, but have been active on other similar forums for quite some time now
I first started by selling my friends' accounts (either cause they simply stopped playing HoN, or moved on to Dota2), but people slightly started showing interest in getting boosted in HoN, therefore I decided to develope a boosting service.
Yes, I do charge money for it, but not much money at all. Usually $5+, depends on how much you want to get boosted as well as what bracket it's in...

Hi there!
I am working on some files from MxO, wich extension is ltp.
In Hexviewer I saw that they contains only filenames on ASCII, each with a ltpX (where X is always the same ascii char) before it (like a delimiter) and data ater each one.
they appear to be only pyc (python compiled) files.
Filemon shows exe calling for:
