Hmm I don't think so,he can't remove you ban..U was used bot in GG..He jumped and he see this to you using bot and he banned you permamently I think

Normally I use pbdo bot but I found a bug with kbot so I start to use kbot but 2 days later my acc was banned :S So If you love your acc you mustn' t use kbot pbdo bot is the best one Because I escape a lof of banwave wit pbdo bot

Simple solution, you will need to go to the browser-game trading section of this forum and find a someone selling things from acp (admin control panel) but not entirely sure if its still works i know it did in the past, but watch out for scammers.
