Exclamation [HELP]--> Charles Error <--

When i want run the charles say`s"A suitable Java installation was not found. Please visit java.com: Java + You to install Java."
What should I do?
I download the java with oracle and when i try to download again say`s"You have the recommended Java installed (Version 7)."...

try restarting your pc..
check if you have installed correct version.. (32bit or 64bit)
