Today, my account - knuckles456 on cz3 stolen! It had same password as name.

So why is he posting here? We all know that there are unpiblic methods to steal accounts but how exactly to do it?
All you should know is kepp your acc data in private. But the onli thing I can say to topic maker, who has got acc nick same as pw is ->

well, support will give an account back in case you are the first owner of the account and you can give them a copy of your ID + proof of previous payments.
also you should at all times connect your account to facebook or a bigpoint account, that's the only way to keep acces to it at all times.
