How does this lottery system works? If it is a winning chance of %0,1 multipled by 3, or lets say %1 or %2 , then how can a person get 10 lf4s out of 40 boxes and other leave with nothing? I dont understand this ****.

am spus ca nu am primit nimic din 40 de cheite albastre , doar munitie si 1 havok si am cules in pvp 4-1,4-2,4-3 imi cer scuze ca am folosit google translator nu a tradus bine nimic.
