It's useless because you don't know in which way your enemy will try to escape and till the mine "explode" (that your enemy become slower) it will take some sec. too and in this time he already jumped.

Hope u understand what I mean lol.

omfg this why... i take a fight half hour ago and i stay only on deceleration mode , i did not see dcr rockets [maybe was latency] and if it was latency u cant shot 1 dcr after another
maybe someone tested on me :| btw i check logs to see player name

maybe lunch him a dcr and 2 secs before, lunch the mine, then when he arrive to the mine he get slowed again

I think they should have made magnetic mines that follow you and you can lock on them to blow them up so you wouldn't get hit...
