i know but i post it because some people think the Kbot is off but it isnt

Hello I was running kbot bt suddenly my kbot freeze couldnt see any ports or red dots nor any boxes it only showed my USERID i tried closing the bot and tried again bt again it didnt show me any ports or anything bt only my user ID please help me out
