well it depends on your screen and what settings you have.
I have 1920 x 1080 and it just moves a litttttttle bit.

if u are going to collect palladium with your ship 1, then go to 5-2, warp ur ship 2, warp back to ur ship 1, and go to collect, when u get full, simply log out, actibate ur ship 2 (that is located on 5-2), sell, and then log out again and actibate ship 1 to continue collecting.
u dont need to have anything equiped on ship 2, is just log into it ans click sell on pirate base, u dont need...

The trick is that when you lvl up, and are at the trainer, bring up the feat screen where you get to choose your feat, now DRAG the wanted feat to your HOTBAR..thats it.
This allows you to actually use the skill, without having the feat. although, the feat must not be greyed out when...
