Hey, as invulnerabilul1 was banned. I thought I would be willing to 'take control' of the thread and be able to update it as often as possible.
Now, most of this will be kind of copy 'n' pasted because it will save more time. Though I will word some of it different.

-OpenStealth user? Check your IE Proxy settings, and remove proxy usage - OpenStealth modify it
-Have you installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ?
-Have you got the last version of boxybot?
-Have you set antivirus/firewall to not block boxybot?
-What server do you play?Maybe boxy not work in your server
-Have you tried logging in manually?
-Do other accounts work for you?
-Do not run more than 2-5 acc. at a time - you can be blocked for 30-60 minutes or more.
-When bot take a break and not collect, click on map for quick start
-Bot for few hours and take a break

No bot is safe in 2012 yet.
VirusTotal
Some antivirus software can display a fake alarms, based on conjunctures of the heuristic analyzer module. Alarms that contain the words Heur , are only predictions and does not 100% indicates the presence of viruses.False alarm - an attack of paranoia in the heuristic analyzer, because boxybot don`t have signature.Maybe some of you heard about false-positive diagnostics.
