You can get banned for any bot, people should know the risks of using bots/bugs etc. You need to be careful using any bot.

I have some advices for your friends , next time they are in the space map of the game click on settings and uncheck "show chat"
This is the best settings for happy mod's , enemy and happy them

No it's not possible with boxybot.
However you could try using this:
