I have a permanent ban on the chat (by a "friend")
Is there a way to remove that ban?

no problem. I have 111% solutions for that. For that u need a lot of money. Solution: Go to Hamburg, Bigpoint GmbH for Heiko Hubertz, put your money on his table and say "Unban my account bro, and give me your protection, please." You account will be unbanned to 10 minutes, and u will never get ban

That's only chat ban. Many support will unban people if they just say that they won't break the rules anymore.

Ahah brother this is problem. This isn´t by your friend but from the system. You can´t ask supporst because support not solve that. Then the reply to you will be " ". I have solution for that: Change your IP (can use proxy) or wait...It will be repaired after time. But time may be 1hour - # months.

Can u give me a working proxy, all the proxy's that i tried don't work :|

I haven´t nothing But you can use local proxy: 127.0.0.1:3128
Maybe you will need privoxy.exe
