Yes, it is illegal for BP to detect you using proxy..

Proxies are not safe!Bigpoint tracks proxies with cookie.
Also you never herd people making 25 accounts for premium and they don't get anything?
They get detected.

To the OP - Some are safe for example a proxy like 329.0.0.4:3917 (totally random proxy) would be safe. However, a proxy like 127.0.0.1:8000 would not be because there are programs that use the proxy (which are used by cheaters)
