strange ... lvl 17 ?... and only that rank ?.. i would say he is mega hacker or could be a test account from BP....

Yes, from what i understood from him, he is a russian hacker.
I hope that would be a test account from Bigpoints, but i don't know till know:
He really has the 95 Pilot Points or may be a visual bug ?

I think he reset pilot points 3-4 times, because there are a total 95 research points used until now.

is that true ? if you have for example 30 pp and you reset them and made them all again will be like that 30 + 30 = 60 ? is it true ? i didn't try it.
