he has to send a mail to support with his id, his first in-game name, some prove of payments : paypal transactions, paysafecards or whatever. Just send a mail to support and they will telll you exactly what to do. Oh and he will probably have to go to the police too.

Yes but he did not envy to go to the police for a game my I had heard about a hack which to change the email automatically without check
