For everyone else, not going to be harsh or anything. Yeah this may be "another **** program" in your opinion. Though, he is learning to code, which is pretty good. Even though it maybe the basics, he is posting them here. And you can give him feedback. This allows him to improve and learn from his mistakes and make better programs.

I have nothing against NoCheatImPGM, he's an excellent guy, but I wouldn't download something due to the fact you were hacked.. I'm not trying to be offensive. Just a safety caution.
