To be honest I'm not 100% sure myself.
He probably got himself enough active infractions to get himself banned. 1week ban or forever I don't know.

Though that's what I think. Go ask a global mod or something. As they have the power to do that.

Yes I know he had infractions problems, most with "limit" or something like that, but never things that matter a lot...
I don't know this site enough, so I don't know how to contact any mod, where etc :/

Usually if you get 3 active infractions it's a ban.
