archievement bug ?

hey guys, today i saw a guy with one star and title "legend" not the title "the legend" only "legend" and you must have level 25 for it...how can i get it ?

become lvl 25 and ull get it ive seen players with low rank and all red drones shooting fats and probably a high lvl ur ranks lowers when u dont log in for a long time
