Other acount stolen

Just tryed to log in my account and someone was already playing. The funny thing.. within seconds i was log off and i couldnt log in. I have my email conneted with my HTC and didnt recive any mail about changing mail.
So i guess ther must be email bug.
BTW my pc is protected very expensive and still they got true ...
Not the acount is in russian clan on cz3 happily flying around ...
BP told me to make police report.
Is it ok?

police will make u pay for investigation and all they will tell u is to buy an online tech guy. just make a new account and buy bot on it. will be cheaper and less waste of time.

better find a vps your vps or other guy a new account buy some credits and license and will be a fe account in 14 day

it happened to me too, like 2 moths ago, they say told me the security of my acc is my problem, bla bla bla...

i created new account, started boting and now i have almost all thinks i had

I know theory how they do this.

They logged into my account and my friends. No-one of us looked at profil-page. Today i saw few new message in clan:
me:
Subject : hey m8
me:
Subject : -
me:
Subject : hmm
Friend1:
Subject : hmm
Friend2:
Subject : please read
Friend1:
Subject : hey m8

We never sent this messages! In all there is a text "hello. could you help me with my configs ? info on my profile page! thanks". Than they took ppl to my and my friends profil-pages. Than they log in into this accounts. Be aware! I have all of my equipement and friend2 too, but some 1 deleted "Moth formation" from Friend2's account. They didnt stoll any of our accs (2 with apis, 1 with apis 9 havocks). Be aware AND DONT TRUST YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY POST MESSAGES IN CLAN!!!

i know some guys that go to police , but all that BP do was ban account... all guys in support are lazy ***** :/

btw two weeks ago i loose 5 account on CZ3 same as you
