Setting the timers
Setting of timers is done by editing (in any text editor) the timings.xml file (located in the bot
folder). This file contains detailed descriptions, and lets you configure the following settings:
- Waiting time in the safe zone after escaping from an enemy
- Delay after pickuping a bonus box
- Boxing time before the rest phase
- Number of boxes collected before the rest phase
- Rest time before the next boxing phase
- Work and sleep hours
required number of boxes is collected. This is followed by the rest phase. The boxing phase restarts after
the rest.
If the sleep hour has set in, after the boxing or rest phase, the bot will enter the sleep phase. Sleep
will continue until the sleep hours runs out.
#1.Find your timings file, depends on your boxybot version each file will be different!
#2. Drag which ever version of boxybot timings file into notepad or which ever text editor you are using.
#3. You are now in the timings area of the bot, this area can change the box collection speed of the bot, time before next collection, time after going back out to collect after escaping from enemy and how long the collection will last.
Be CAREFULL with what your doing to the timings file, if you make it too fast and non stop collecting bp will easily filter you out and WILL result in a ban!
Try to make it more human-like with slow box collecting and a longer time after completion of collection cycle.
For example:
Making these numbers bigger will make your chances or getting banned Lower meaning you can bot without a worry, or if your really unlucky you might have set a few others options too high like the collection time to 9999999minutes or something that a human could not possibly do.
