there is a trick to get havocs.

you need to do 3 things

1. have lightning design vengi.

2. take off all havoc (if any)

3. do zeta.

everytime u complete u will earn one.

try it out see if it works for u guys

There is no "bug" to get 100% havocs. It's all just luck.

Guys lets not flame this kind person for sharing something with us. Maybe it worked for him and not for others. Server ratios also matter. Yes, servers have different ratios in which you earn havocs so in in1 (Most populated server) you don't have every goli you meet have full 10 havocs but a person who worked for them have all 10 while doing like 50 zetas. But in a low populated server where you dont find many FE's when you did they would have all necessities needed to be FE. Understand or too complicated? Press THX if I helped

Ship designs and havocs equipped have nothing to do with winning the havoc design.

It doesn't matter in which server you are in. It only matters what you do in the last wave. Everybody (even caught botters) has the same chances to win the havoc. You just only have to figure out how to win it. When you do that keep doing the same things you did when you won it.

2. get 1 lf4 to ship
3. sell all drones

Ok here is the real guide to get havoc designs

1. Build a Zeta gate
2. Pray to buddha
3. Complete the Zeta gate

After that should you have gotten a Havoc design
