how to change ip?...i have static ip from UPC with 95.XX.***.***

It's only mac adress ban. Use that thread:

using the bot to sell flax you will get ip banned after 24 hours max.
If you got ip static it's a problem if not just restart you modem

As i told, you don't get IP ban, just MAC adress ban. I posted way to solve this problem

It can#t be MAC Adress ban. Don't talk **** Nommo! No web page could get your Mac Adress since its the hardware adress of your Wireless or corded LAN adapter and browsers don't have access to such information. Also, if 2 people own the Same, let's say EEE PC model they'll have THE SAME Mac adresses. You're just talking **** without knowing anything.
