Someone in Poland break info MORETATOR section in official Polish DarkOrbit forum. Here you've got some screens with explanations:

That's only a part of all... there are also topics with hours in which they can give back lost gates (lag hours), etc.
And I think that topics like that are in EVERY official darkorbit forum

Supernoob. You can write this text to translator. Or I can help, beacouse I'm Polish, and when you have words with "ś,ć,ż,ź" translator can't translate it. So who want help -> PM

seems similar to what they did to me...
my account got hacked and they told me to prove that i owned the account, they asked me for the last 3 passwords to the account, and for a scanned copy of a government issued ID...
I sent it to them and 3 weeks later i have no reply
