you can use special letters but only at skylab upgrader...

ctdo.exe or the skylab upgrader.exe?

it should work on Win XP but what's your error?

if you get error check this:
- Did you have upgrading and sending at same? » that can maybe make a crash [This will be fixxed in v1.04]
- Did you installed .NET Framework 4.* ?
