Cooldown boosters reduce the cooldown times of your ship's skills and of the design skills.
These brand new boosters will remain active for 10 hours of gameplay. In other words, you don't have to be logged in for 10 hours to take full advantage of your boosters; rather, only the times you are logged into the game will count towards the amount of time your boosters are active.
