HP BUG

I saw a person which is my clan-war person *O*SİMDİ*ASKER* €OB clan, When I shoot him his hp didn't go down. I looked with OS it was 274 000 but I shoot 40 000 at least it didn't go down. What is that????

crab formation = 100% damage to the shield, if he still having shield u cant make any damage to his Hp
