[RELEASE] Auto Item Upgrader

Hello folks,
i want to make an Item Upgrader. There you can choose your items and only just click "Upgrade" and it will upgrade your items.

 Spoiler

- Upgrade items which are in upgrade list automatically
- Can select what type and what subtype should be only shown [Like: Laser » MP - 1]
- Can select upgrade chance in %
- Login with Account list
- Say to which level you want item to upgrade
- Can use the upgrade chance list of this thread in DarkOrbit Forum:

Not aviable yet » Functions comming soon:
- Usefull if it's an 25% event » 1 Click = upgrade all your items
- Plays sound notification if there is 25% of building

im not sure, but if it does not work when minimized then try to fix that.
and if you can add a message or voice when the bonus upgrade hour is available it will be wonderful

the program work if it is minimized

i wanted to do this with the sound but i don't have the code for it so i have to wait for the next event with it and i try to do it
