hi sigomarc.. please make sure that you had entered the correct captcha trader account data in boxybot and it shows the balance.. if u did all this correctly, may be a firewall or antivirus or may be your ethernet connection.. do you had a modem or router?... some of this has some ports blocks, this last one is my problem right now... :/
