battle configs

ive noticed in game and watching some videos on youtube, but some people hit 50k+ with x4 and have 1m+ shields at the same time.
Could someone pls tell me the best battle config for me for high shields + high damage too (i dont mind being slow)? I have 8 iris and 1 apis drone... 7 lf4s, rest are lf3 and 30 bo2 shields.
i use double boosters and sep on shields too but i still only get ~380k shields and hit 60k~ with x4 (with all lasers on ship and drones and all shields on ship)... I have full bio on shields and damage in pilot bio... so how can i get those 1m shields and still hit hard

Drones lvl 16 (10)
Shields lvl 16 (20)
and all lf4 (16lvl) and lf3 (11lvl = as lf4 lvl1 ~lvl0)

Do upgrading drones have that much of an effect? I heard there was an update that made upgrading drones useless. I am trying to build up my lf4s too but theyre rare and my shields are all currently lvl 10

The only way you're going to hit that hard is to have EVERYTHING upgraded.

just upgrade drones i hit with it ~50k with x4(+20 % dmg booster+seprom)
