Saturday I bought iBot paid via ticket I got in my bank account and payment is complete so already downloaded the iBot 4:27 and continues to license Expired
already complained in support of them but it takes time to respond was wondering if you could help me?
Should I get desperate and the delay is normal when a purchase is Boleto?

Did you buy from profibot?
Yes... Then send them email with payment copy etc etc etc.. all info can help
But keep in mind, they have allot of buyers, and complainers .. So they are busy to ...

Next time use psc if you can get a hold of one... much easyer
But anyway... good luck!
