Epsylon it's bullshit...you can get more LF4 doing Kappa Gate that Espylon. So my friend you should first do ALL zeta until you get all Havoc and use the booty keys when you got double lf4 chance to get lf4.
Next you shoul do ALL Kappa get HERCULES and you will get the rest of the lf4 that you don't have.

That's the best combo if you wanna be full elite in all(may takes time). If you wanna all lf4 use the even for lf4 and buy keys

Kappa is most nice gate - Have 75% chance get nice reward ( Booster , Lf-4 , Hercule )

Kronos is the most hard gate (I think )

Kappa more better than Epsilon
