It is public... anyone can buy it, its not restricted.
The reason it costs money is, people are money orientated. They make bots because they say Bigpoint are greedy and just like money. But when it comes to giving bots/cracks for free, no way! They're just hypocrites. Everyone loves money, full stop.
Putting it in an UG I understand, it means the people who can see it are restricted, but putting a price on it, is just like being the same as Bugpoint.
