Changing Drone Formation without Cooldown

Hey,
weiß jemand wie ich es schaffe die Drohnen Formation ohne Cooldown zu wechseln? Ich weiß das es geht und habe es auch schon mehrfach geschafft nur kapiere ich nicht wie ich es immer schaffe
Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen

does anyone know how I can change the drones formation without cooldown? I know it works and have also make this several times but i dont know how to do this, always this is random or luck

Naja ich bekomme dann damit einen anderen Bug hin der sich lohnt
Deswegen will ich gerne wissen wie es geht

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows how to change the cooldown on skills in the Media.pk2 Iv'e managed to change it in the database, but obviously when you use the skill in game it dosn't reflect this with the media. For example there is a skill with a cooldown of 10 seconds which i want to change to 30 seconds. I've managed to do this in the database/serverfiles, but i can't find the value in the media. So ingame when i tried to use the skill, it was still unusable for 30 seconds but...
