As you know I'm kbot reseller but all the time someone got 'Checking license...' and then kbot is frozen... Do you ppl know what could be the reason? I know only that antyvirus or firewall can block kbotCC but my clients always unlock kbotCC and sometimes it still gives nothing... what are other possibilities?
Logon Server could be down, as you said your firewall can block the program or antivirus program. Shut down all antivirus programs or deactivate protection for some minutes and try again, or is it maybe you have a proxy activated so there can be bugs with that.

Wiem, latałem kilka godzin na v 6.11 to wywaliło ze licencja wygasła, weszła nowa wersja i dalej jest napisane ''twoja licencja wygasła'' a powinno normalnie chodzić.

Wenn ich KBot öffne und mich einlogge, läuft alles bis auf den Teil "Checking License". Da bleibt es einfach stehn.. es läuft nicht weiter - obwohl ich eine License habe.
Was komisch ist, ist das es noch 5 min. davor funktioniert hat.
Ich wollte nur was ausprobieren, darum hatte ich mich ausgeloggt.
Hab KBot auch neuinstalliert und als Admin geöffnet, etc.. nichts hat was gebracht.
Habt ihr auch das Problem? Irgendwelche Tipps?
