Exclamation Charles error

When i want run the charles say`s"A suitable Java installation was not found. Please visit to install Java."
What should I do?
I download the java with oracle and when i try to download again say`s"You have the recommended Java installed (Version 6 Update 31)."...

My java is update... I am at 64 bit! What shall I do??? Help me please! And thanks!!

No. Charles is for 32 & for 64 too. But error when you opening application on 32 for 64 is "Error, This is not valid Win32 Application." I think on 64 same, but with 32 number
