Captchas

Are the captchas IP based? Because I made 12 accounts and all have captcha at my house... then I make 1 account at library and no captcha... Is there any trick to this or is it all random?

i think its random because i never have captcha and many other have captcha

:P i have about 40 different emails checking em off when using them one by one

can som1 make me an account that has no captcha and send it with pm. If so I can change email also if its ok. thanks
