Indeed you are right if you are NPC hunting. Unfortunately, resource Boosters only increase the looted amount received from NPC cargo.

you got to increas and decrease the value if you increase it will go bottom right

you only need to run palladium collector and pace your mini map at right place
try run it as administrator

The program will change the battery and start collecting when run and every 33 minutes after (Flyff's timer is off a bit).
This program is not a standalone application but instead it is contained in a DLL that is injected into flyff.
